Description
Very grapey, this version is made from partially fermented green Torontel grapes; although it is quite sweet due to the sugars in the wine, it is also very fresh and lively. Brimming with ripe fruit, the initial nose is reminiscent of a high-quality grappa. The palate is particularly mellow, almost creamy. Candied lemons give it plenty of vitality. The bottom of the glass evokes grapes dried on the vine.
A Mosto Verde Pisco from the 1615 range, made with the Torontel variety of grape. Mosto Verde Pisco is made with grapes musts which have only been partially fermented, meaning there’s still some sugar content left in the mix when it’s distilled, resulting in a richer mouth-feel than your standard Pisco
