Aberlour A’Bunadh Alba Batch #7 Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Soft, juicy stone fruits, tangy citrus, toasted marzipan and hints of banana bread, dusted with nutmeg.

Palate: Buttery notes of shortbread and runny caramel are backed by crisp apple, with a tickle of warming pepper and spice beneath.

Finish: Delicate citrus zest lingers alongside roasted almonds and a smidge of ginger.

Distillery Information

In 1879 James Fleming, a grain dealer and son of a local tenant, founded the Aberlour Distillery. At the time, he counted a number of whisky distilleries as his customers, and after purchasing more barley than he was able to sell he decided to pursue his long-held dream of opening his own distillery.
