The distillery is situated to the East of the village of Lochranza, north of Scotland, and acquires its water from the Lochna Davie. Founded in 1993 by Chivas Brothers’ retiring managing director, Harold Currie, this distillery is the only one on the isle.

Nose: The aromas have alight fruit notes with malt and spice.
Palate: Smooth and soft with good sweetness and winter spice.
Finish: Finish is long, spicy and smooth.
Distillery Information
Arran distillery is a whisky distillery in Lochranza, Scotland, the only distillery on the Isle of Arran. In 1994 Arran Distillers was founded by Harold Currie, former director of Chivas and a D-Day veteran, with the intention of building a distillery on Arran.
