Size: 750mL
Proof: 92 (46% ABV)

Distillery: White Oak distillery
Near the inside Seto Sea, the White Oak distillery has a maritime climate that contributes to the smooth development of the peculiar flavor profile of this non-aged single malt. Made from malted barley slightly peated, it’s then aged in sherry casks. Unchillfiltered, the Akashi Single Malt retains its rich, round texture and displays a high degree of alcohol. Iwai Tradition, is a blended whisky, comprised of both single malts, grains, and blended whiskies. The whisky is then aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and ex-wine casks, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.
