Description
Pale Straw Nose: Muted golden apple up front with dry straw just beneath. There are some grassy herbaceaous notes, some mild toasty highlights and a faint hint of sulfur. Structure: Light bodied with a slight buttery texture. Dry with moderate acidity rising from crisp to sharp near the finish.
Palate: Green apple with a faint note of banana, oak, and some fennel. The sulfur on the nose is mildly present in the aftertaste.
