Utah Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged an additional year in toasted, quarter-sawed American Oak with hand-split French Oak heads.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Caramel, fruity pear and dried apricot, vanilla, honey & straw lingers with orange peel
- Palate: Caramel, creamy, molasses, caramelized apples, chocolate, cinnamon, almond, hazelnut, grain
- Finish: Brioche, doughnuts, roasted nuts, toast, elegant fire, chewy, vibrant, elegant
