Description
Light, bright yellow in color with a floral nose and a very light touch of wood. The taste is not a typical rousanne variety taste, it is soft with high acid, smooth and a hint of pear and flowers.
From the varietal Roussanne that can be located on the top floor of the pyramid of the wines of Savoy, the vines are located on slopes facing South in strong declivity.
This wine is an exquisite fragrance combining scents of hawthorn, honey, fishing, beautiful color apricot gold and that should be allowed to grow old without fear. He’ll join you wonderfully well with fish in sauce, white meat, fatty liver but also on a piece of beaufort.
