Description
Gin is something of the signature spirit of Asbury Park Distilling, reported as their most popular since opening. Like the vodka, the clear liquor has something of a refreshing lightness.
The recipe is obviously complex, resulting in a flavor profile that is crisp, mildly floral, and just a touch more bitter than many other local gins I’ve enjoyed.
