Description
The palate opens with a lovely mouth-feel that is lightly oily with notes of kalamata olives, lemon zest, fresh rosemary, and a hint of pineapple.
Tequila Avion is made using the finest Blue Weber Agave in the highest regions of Jalisco, Mexico (7,000 feet above sea level). This elevation creates more depth and character in the agave. The Agave is low roasted in brick ovens under low temperatures. Afterwards, Ultra Slow Filtration occurs removing all particles to create the smoothest tequila possible. The entire process takes 10x longer than the traditional technique, creating a “moment of elevation.”
