Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz 2015
Very nice flavor. I think I like it more than most Shiraz. Heavy front with a slight plum finish.Jammy. Hints of pepper. Sweet cherry finish.
Deep red with a deep pink purple rim. Vibrant cherry tones more fruity than spicy of any sort. Quite powerful in the mouth with lovely juicy fruit and black pepper too. Very open and fresh nice stuff.
Beautiful wine, smooth on the pallet, I let it breathe for approx an hr to get the full taste of a deep plum and spice after taste.t’s full bodied, juicy but not sweet; balanced tannins; good afternotes. In a tasting it stood up very well against some other much pricier contenders- not better, but competitive.
