This is an exceptional Pinot Gris in every way, starting with ripe round fruit. The deep gold color introduces a lush core of peach, apricot and papaya, along with a light hint of honey. There are ample supporting acids to nicely balance it out, but the overall ripeness and forward-fruit flavors suggest drinking this beauty now.
