Bozal Cempasúchil Reserva Mezcal is a unique, artisanal spirit crafted from 100% agave in Mexico’s Oaxacan region. This mezcal is made from wild-harvested agave Espadin, which is cooked in an underground oven made of volcanic stone and wood. After the agave is cooked, it is mashed and distilled in copper stills. The final product is a smooth, smoky spirit with hints of herbs, citrus, and a slight sweetness.
