Cask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe – our rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6-10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch-to-batch variation of this distinctly cask-forward bourbon.

Note: By omitting the filtration process, our whiskey retains every bit of character captured from its long maturation. Therefore, each bottle occasionally captures a small amount of barrel sediment.

Mash Bill:Yellow Corn, Malted Rye, Caramel Malted Barley & Honey Malted Barley

Fermentation:Attemperated, 7 days

Cooperage:Toasted & Charred Oak Barrels, 53 gallon

Batch Size:6-10 barrels; representing a single batch and distillation run

Tasting notes:Chocolate covered cherry, toasted coconut and cinnamon. Full bodied with a warming, malty finish.
