A Western style dry gin showcasing subtle character differences from its European style counterpart, yet a familiarity that doesn’t try to re define the flavor of this age-old spirit. A marriage of botanicals, some you know to expect such as juniper berries, coriander seed and angelica root, and other slightly less common, such as California sourced Lisbon lemon and clementine orange.
