Silky and smooth, Dady’O Mezcal is a less smoky more agave forward, a balanced approach to traditional Mezcal. Crafted in the hills of Tlacolula, Oaxaca, it’s where ancient technique meets award winning flavor – a sip that seduces with notes of roasted agave, gentle earth, and a whisper of smoke. We only use three pure ingredients – fully mature agave, wild yeast, and nutrient-rich water – with absolutely no additives, no artificial flavors, and no shortcuts.
Once fermentation is complete, the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills under the careful eye of our Maestro Mezcalero. This slow, hands-on process refines the flavor without stripping away the character of the agave. Each batch is tasted and adjusted with precision — resulting in a clean, exceptionally smooth mezcal that stays true to its artisanal roots, with just the right balance of earth, citrus, and subtle smoke.
