- Non-age statement; matured in a combination of refill bourbon and sherry casks
- Blended by Elixir Distillers Head Blender, Oliver Chilton
- A nose of fresh coffee with cream and sugared almonds mingles with gamey brine and fresh fruit. A mineralic palate tempers bold smoke and wood spice with notes of toffee and croissants. A pleasantly dry finish presents a hint of fruit salad.
