Holmes Cay’s Single Origin Editions showcase the wide range of flavors in carefully selected rum blends, sourced from trusted locations and bottled at a higher proof for use in cocktails or for sipping. The Fiji Rum Single Origin Edition is a blend of lightly aged molasses-based pot and column still rum from South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka, Fiji. This limited edition of 2260 bottles was carefully chosen by Holmes Cay founder Eric Kaye in collaboration with the hosts of the Rumcast podcast. It is an unadulterated rum with no added sugar, color, or other flavors, either during distillation or in the blending process. It has grass, citrus, and pepper on the nose, clove and honey on the tongue, and a pop of hay and pepper on the finish.
