From the producer: A textured, tasty testament to San Diego, Island of Souls is composed of 40% Grenache Blanc; 40% Picpoul; and 20% Vermentino, from two different vineyards in northeastern San Diego County. The sunshine-soaked fruit was destemmed and co-fermented for 18 days on the skins. A perfect companion for all things summer.
