Description
Julien Prélat’s “Presle” is a grower Champagne sourced entirely from estate Chardonnay vines in the Vallée de la Marne. Farming is sustainable, with an emphasis on soil health and biodiversity.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged 8 months on lees before bottling, it spends 24 months en tirage and is disgorged Extra Brut with just 3 g/L dosage. A pure, mineral-driven Blanc de Blancs with a sharp, focused edge.
