Scheurebe, also known as “Samling 88”, is a cross of Riesling and Bukettrebe. Scheurebe is primarily found in Switzerland and Germany. This Scheurebe is medium-bodied, with medium acidity and vivid notes of nectarine, pear and almond that reverberate on the palate. Scheurebe is a German white wine grape variety obtained in 1916 by Georges Scheu at the Alzey Station by crossing Sylvaner and Riesling.
