Description
Matsui The San-In is a blended whisky from Kurayoshi Distillery in Tottori Prefecture, Japan. It’s matured in white oak (ex-bourbon) barrels. The whisky uses Kurayoshi’s single malt plus sourced single grain whiskies. The water used comes from the underground springs of Mt. Daisen, giving a clean, smooth profile. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it’s positioned as an easy-drinking, fruit-forward option with light spice.
