- Mezcal Ibá is the result of a collaboration between BEBIDAS PROACTIVAS DE MEXICO and El Dos de Oros, an artisanal production house or palenque in San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca. The legendary maestro and pioneer in traditional mezcal production, Don Fortino Ramos, is the backbone of “El Dos de Oros.” He wanted to make a high-quality, 40% ABV mezcal with Mezcal Ibá.
