Description
Pasote Anejo has been aged for one year in American Oak. The nose holds agave, vanilla, toffee, pepper, and a soft minerality. The palate is quite nice. In the mouth flavors of tropical fruits, vanilla, spice, toffee, and agave dominate. The finish is lengthy with an underlying minerality from the water lingering alongside oak and agave.
