Description
Pierre Peters’ cuvee “Réserve Oubliée” is composed of the most reserve wines out of all of Pierre Peters’ offerings. The Oubilée has a nose that is typically more tertiary straight out of the bottle, dried apples, almond skins, with extremely floral aromatics of water lillies and gardenias. On the palate, still racy and chalky as a signature of the grower – beautiful, structured, complex.
