Another addition to Ron Barceló’s already exceptional collection of rums comes Barceló Imperial Onyx from the Dominican Republic. Made up of a blend of rums aged for 10 years in heavily charred bourbon casks, this expression was filtered through onyx stones (hence the name) prior to bottling. Each production stage makes for a rich and complex rum.
