Our sustainability practices integrate a flock of sheep that clean the vineyards, remove the excess canopy, and reduce the need for chemicals, while providing natural fertilizer.
Red fruits of cherry and raspberry fill the mouth with hints of coffee, dried herbs, and toasted oak. Medium body balances with long, lingering, soft tannins on the finish.
Good, deep fruits. A hint of Oak, and very smooth! No odd tastes, no heavy acidic tannins. I will buy this wine again!
