Tasting Notes

Nose (Aroma):
Clove and wildflower honey with a faint earthiness from very light peat. Also some nougat and milk chocolate undertones. -
Palate (Flavor):
Smooth and malt‑driven with flavors of caramel, toffee, honey, and gentle chocolate. There is warmth from soft spice (cinnamon or ginger) blending with fruitiness and subtle oak. -
Finish:
Medium to long. The sweetness lingers (honey, toffee), balanced by spice and mild oak. A clean finish with perhaps a slight echo of smoke or peat.
