100% Trepat from 35-year-old vines. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel & malolactic fermentation in barrel. Wild red fruit & aniseed with notes of pepper, minerality & a damp earthiness. Light-bodied with fresh acidity & spiciness on the finish. Too easy to drink, especially with a slight chill.
