Madrecuixe Mezcal is an artisanal Mezcal crafted in the small village of Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made with 100% Madrecuixe agave, which is an heirloom variety, harvested after 8-10 years. Madrecuixe Mezcal has a remarkable flavor profile, with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and hints of roasted agave. It is double distilled in copper stills and bottled by hand.
