Vedrenne’s Crème de Cassis is made mostly with the Noir de Bourgogne variety—one of the most aromatic blackcurrants in the world. Hand-picked with care, the berries go straight to Nuits-Saint-Georges for traditional maceration in stainless-steel vats, protected from air and light. The infusion is sweetened only with dry sugar—no additives.
