Made from Chardonnay.After inheritinga small parcel of vines in Fontenay-pres-Chablis, Vincent Mothe found hispassion for simple farming and sustainable viticulture. Now headed by Vincent’sson Guy, Mothe’s 30 hectares are used to create clean and mineral-driven winesmarked by bright acidity and zesty texture. This steel-aged Chablis shows crispflavors of green apple, orange skin, chalk, and lime, marked by razor-sharpacidity and a clean finish.
