Description
From a mix of vines planted in 1980, 1990, and 2006, the base 2017 Bourgogne Blanc is a pretty, juicy, incredibly satisfying effort that has pretty white flowers, hints of stone and lemony fruits, a distinct salty minerality, medium-bodied richness, and a vibrant, juicy style on the palate.
It’s a beautiful wine to drink over the coming 4-5 years. Fresh, vibrant, and crisp are the buzzwords here, but it also has fruit.
