A blending of differents vineyards from Solutre Village, the grapes are hand-harvested when fully ripe and pressed immediately by pneumatic press.The juice then go through static settling. Only clear juices are vinified for 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% in 1 to 3 years old barrels. It is then fined and filtered before bottling.
Food pairing
This wine can be served at the beginning of the meal or with selfish, fish or goatcheese. Serve at 12°.
