This here is the distillery’s Premium American Whiskey, a blend with a high bourbon content. A great contender for a Whiskey Sour.

Nose: Fresh apple sprinkled with brown sugar, alongside lemon curd and a little oak spice.

Palate: Banoffee pie, toffee penny and vanilla, with a side of Bakewell tart.

Finish: Cherry jam and more banana return on a fruity finish.
